2012 Campaign: ‘YOUR CHANGE FOR A CHANGE’ CAMPAIGN
Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico has been recently distinguished as a socially-responsible company for the fourth consecutive year and launched its 2012 social responsibility campaign, “Your change for a change”, which seeks to support 9 schools located in the same municipalities as some of its airports.
For the third consecutive year, GAP has supported the childhood education initiatives in the towns in which the company operates, which in most cases are needy communities. The programs will help approximately 1,500 students at these schools, as well as teachers and parents, via the Fundación Lazos IAP organization. The programs include training, the improvement of educational quality of the student materials, thereby achieving a virtuous circle that will improve the students’ environment, which can be adverse in many cases. The programs also look to improve the actual infrastructure at the schools, as well as distribute uniforms and student materials to each of the students.
During this student cycle, we expect to donate nearly 4 million pesos, reaching a total of 6 million pesos donated in the last two years. These amounts have been achieved thanks to the donations at the airports, both from employees as well as users of the airport terminals. GAP matches each peso donated. .
We invite the entire community that uses our airports to join this noble cause, leaving a coin in each of the boxes. We are certain that contributing these values to the children will have a great impact on these communities in the medium and long-term.

- Second. Privacy policy on the use of information and databases
Through www.aeropuertosgap.com.mx, GRUPO AEROPORTUARIO DEL PACIFICO obtains three types of information:
Tax information (“Tax Information”) is automatically sent to the administrative and accounting systems of GRUPO AEROPORTUARIO DEL PACIFICO for the purposes of generating tax receipts; said information remains in the databases of the systems themselves.
Personal information ("Personal Information"), is information that personally identifies the User and including, among others, their name, corporate name of the company where they work, home or work address, zip code, email address, home and work telephone number.

. - Tenth. Additional Terms
Occasionally, GRUPO AEROPORTUARIO DEL PACIFICO may add to the terms and conditions of this Agreement additional provisions relating to specific areas or new services provided on or through www.aeropuertosgap.com.mx ("Additional Terms"), which will be published in the specific areas or new services of www.aeropuertosgap.com.mx for reading and acceptance. The User acknowledges and accepts that said Additional Terms form an integral part of this Contract for all legal purposes that may apply.
- Eleventh. Cession of rights
GRUPO AEROPORTUARIO DEL PACIFICO may, at any time and when it deems appropriate, totally or partially assign its rights and obligations derived from this Contract.
By virtue of said assignment, GRUPO AEROPORTUARIO DEL PACIFICO will be released from any obligation in favor of the User established in this contract.
- Twelfth. Compensation
The User agrees to indemnify GRUPO AEROPORTUARIO DEL PACIFICO, its affiliates, providers, vendors and advisors from any action, demand or claim (including attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising from any breach by the User of this Agreement, including, without limitation, any of the following:

- Fourteenth. Subsistence
These terms and conditions, as well as the Additional Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and supersede any other agreement or contract entered into previously. Any clause or provision of this Contract as well as the Additional Terms, legally declared invalid, will be eliminated or modified, at the election of GRUPO AEROPORTUARIO DEL PACIFICO, in order to correct its vice or defect.
However, the rest of the clauses or provisions will maintain their force, obligation and validity.
-Fifteenth. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Contract will be subject to and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws and before the Courts of Mexico City, Federal District, Mexico; However, in the event of a lawsuit or proceeding brought before the Courts of another jurisdiction, this Agreement will be subject to and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of said jurisdiction, the laws that govern there being applicable.
- Sixteenth. No waiver of rights
Any delay of forbearance on the part of GRUPO AEROPORTUARIO DEL PACIFICO, its Affiliates or Suppliers in the exercise of any right or action derived from this Contract, should at no time be interpreted as a waiver of said rights or actions.
- Seventeenth. Communications

TRANSFER
The transfer of some of the sensitive personal data listed above is made to insurance companies, banks with which they make payroll payments and government agencies and offices for compliance with the applicable legislation.

Consent:Statement of the will of the owner of the data by which the processing of said data is carried out.
Personal data:Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.
Sensitive Personal Data:Those personal data that affect the most intimate sphere of its owner, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk to the owner. In particular, are considered sensitive those that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, sexual preference.
Responsible:The natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others processes personal data on behalf of the responsible party.
Public access source:Those databases whose consultation can be made by any person, without any requirement other than, where appropriate, the payment of a fee, in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP Regulations.
LFPDPPP:Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals.
Responsible:A private individual or legal entity that decides on the processing of personal data.
Revocation: Cancellation of the consent previously granted by the natural person to whom the personal data corresponds.
Third party:The natural or legal person, national or foreign, other than the owner or the person responsible for the data.
Owner/Holder:The natural person to whom the personal data corresponds.
Processing:The collection, use, disclosure or storage of personal data, by any means. Use includes any action of access, handling, use, exploitation, transfer or disposal of personal data.
Transfer:Any communication of data to a person other than the data controller or data processor
