Chief Executive Officer

 

  • RAÚL REVUELTA MUSALEM 

 

    Bachelor of Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, was appointed CEO of Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP) in April 2018. He has 20 years of experience in the airport and infrastructure sector.

Between 2005 and 2015, he held various positions at GAP, including Director of Administration and Finance (CFO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). One of his major achievements was leading the monumental project known as the "Cross Border Xpress," the only bi-national bridge in the world connecting Mexico and the United States, which has brought countless benefits to both nations.

Previously, he served as Deputy Director of Finance at the Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT) for six years, where he participated in various privatization processes in the sector and gained extensive knowledge in the field of federal concessions.

He was recently appointed Vice President of the International Council of Airports for Latin America and the Caribbean (ACI-LAC) for the 2024-2025 term, an organization that operates in 41 countries and represents more than 350 air terminals in Latin America and the Caribbean.

 

 

Chief Financial Officer

 

  • SAÚL VILLARREAL

 

Mr. Villarreal joined GAP in October 2003 and has been responsible for overseeing Corporate Administration since that time; as a result, he has vast experience and knowledge of the Company, mainly from an Administrative and Financial Management aspect. In 2006, he participated in the Initial Public Offering process and more recently participated in the issuance of bond certificates on the local market (certificados bursátiles).

Mr. Villareal is a Public Accountant with a degree from the University of Guadalajara. He has a Masters in Finance with a concentration in International Accounting from the Universidad Panamericana, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Guadalajara.

    

 

Institutional Relations and Social Responsability Officer

 

  • ALEJANDRA SOTO AYECH 

 

Alejandra Soto was appointed as Investor Relations and Social Responsibility Officer in March 2023. She has a 15-year career in the Company and previously served as Deputy Director of Finance and Investor Relations. Among her functions are leading the teams and commitments of the GAP Foundation, as well as everything related to investors, both in the debt and capital markets and public relations.

Alejandra has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the Universidad Panamericana. She also has a master’s degree in Comptrollership specializing in Taxes, Corporate Finance, and Business Administration from the Universidad Panamericana. She also has the Airport Management Professional Accreditation (AMPAP) granted by ACI and ICAO, and a Diploma in Sustainability from the Institutional Stock Market Exchange (BIVA).
 

    

 

Commercial Director

 

  • SUSANA ROMERO MOJICA

 

Susana Romero was appointed as Chief Commercial Officer in March 2023. She has more than 10 years of experience in the Company, through which she has traced her commercial career. She has served as Deputy Commercial Director since 2020.

Susana has a bachelor’s degree in financial management from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente and a master’s in strategic marketing from the Universidad Panamericana. She is currently studying for another degree in Information Technology Administration at the Tecnológico de Monterrey. 

    

 

Infrastructure Director

 

 

  • ALEJANDRO VALLARINO MURUSICH

 

23 years of professional experience working for large Construction and Real Estate Development Companies, Dine (9y), Gicsa (3y), ICA (7y) and Citelis (2y). During the last 12 years, Alejandro has been working as Construction Director and Chief Development Officer. He has planned, developed and built approximately 1 million mof projects.

 

Civil Engineer, University of Mexico (UNAM); Master Degree on Business Administration, ITAM; Master on Real Estate and Construction Companies Executive Management, Polytechnic University of Madrid; Aeroportuary Infrastructure Planning by Polytechnic University of Madrid. Professor at the ITAM (6y) for the Real Estate Business Plan Development Program.

 

General Counsel

  • SERGIO ENRIQUE FLORES OCHOA

     Sergio Enrique Flores Ochoa. Mr. Flores was named our General Counsel in February 2002. Previously, he was the Manager of legal matters for the Mexican Airport and Auxiliary Services Agency and the Assistant District Attorney for the Federal District of Mexico. In addition, he was head of the legal department of INFONAVIT and Manager of legal matters for NAFIN.

 

     Mr. Flores received a degree in law as well as a master’s degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico (UNAM).

 

 

 
 

New Business Director

  • MAR SIMÓN CARRASCO

 

Professional with over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry.

Mar has worked as a consultant on projects related to startup initiatives, strategic analysis, expansion, and commercial development, as well as air traffic control services.

 

She has collaborated with GAP and other airport operators in Europe, Africa, and Latin America.

Mar possesses solid experience in the development, evaluation, and implementation of large investment programs, conducting feasibility studies for new business ventures. She has advised both the public and private sectors by designing privatization processes and tendering procedures.

 

 

Director of Network and Regulated Business

  • JOSÉ ÁNGEL MARTÍNEZ SÁNCHEZ

 

     José Ángel has over 15 years experience in the aviation sector, is aeronautical engineer specializing in Airports and Air Trasport, hold's a Master degree in Management and Business Administration (MBA) from the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid and another in Management Infraestructure, Equipment and Services for the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

 

     In his career He was the Head of Works in the construction company ACS, consultant Headquarters Airport Projects and Equipment Control and Survillance of Works in INECO.

 

     He also worked at AENA playing different positions in areas of Engineering and Airport maintenance. As part of AENA International, he was Technical Manager in Colombia for five years - serving airports in Cartagena, Cali and Barranquilla - and responsable for the take over from London, Luton.

 

     He joined GAP with the position of Operating Technical Director on 2016.

 

 

 
 
 

Sustainability, Quality, Innovation and Technologies Director

 

 

  • JUAN FRANCISCO MARTÍNEZ MIRA

 

Professional with over 30 years of experience in the airport industry.

He collaborated with Aeropuertos Españoles y Navegación Aérea (AENA) in various roles.

He has been part of GAP since 2007, leading areas such as Operational Systems Management, Information Technology Subdirection, and Director of Guadalajara International Airport.

Currently, he holds the position of Director of Sustainability, Quality, Innovation, and Technologies, with notable achievements including the development and implementation of the Sustainability Strategy, which aligns all company areas with the vision of providing airport services safely, efficiently, and sustainably, while also being profitable.

He holds a Master's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the Conscious Management Institute, as well as a Master's degree in Pedagogy and in Airport Management and Aeronautics. In addition, he has completed Diplomas in Innovation, Strategic Planning, and Airports.
 

 

 

Director of Guadalajara International Airport

 

 

  • MARTÍN PABLO ZAZUETA CHÁVEZ

 

Bachelor of Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, holds a Master's degree in "Airport Management and Direction and Aeronautics" issued by the University of Murcia, Spain, the ITAerea Aeronautical Business School, and a Master's degree in "Security and Public Policies" from IEXE Universidad. He chairs the "Facilitation, Security, and Technologies Committee" of Airports Council International in Latin America and the Caribbean (ACI-LAC), representing about 300 airports in the region.

 

During his 29 years of management at airports, he has led the Master Development Program for the transformation of La Paz Airport, the construction of Terminal 2 at Los Cabos International Airport, the modernization of the infrastructure of Tijuana International Airport, participating in the consolidation of the operation of the Cross Border Xpress, a unique cross-border bridge connecting Tijuana airport with San Diego, creating a binational airport, as well as the conception and design of the new Passenger Processing Building TIJ-CBX that began operations in 2023. Currently, he leads the Guadalajara Plan 2020-2026, which includes actions such as the construction of a second runway, a multipurpose building, and the reorganization of roadways, among others.
